Speed rank is chosen way to fucking much. So, because of that, it's being weakened. And it's starting folder is also changing. Any problems?

Yes, because I have a Speed navi.

It was changed from this: Can use a Program Advance in the same turn as the chips that are sacrificed
To this: Melee- and Slash-type chips get +1 Speed

Well, at least it's not a horrible knock.

I figured that's the main reason people are picking Speed. If you wish to switch, since you've gained no levels or such, I will let you change Ranks.

I got no problem with it, it's not likely I'm going to use PAs much anyhow.

I don't have problems, since I just made my Navi >_>. I chose it because... well, Swords has always been fast.

Wow Dalent. After all of that exasperation, it has done nothing to lessen the amount of speed navis...

Hmm...maybe more to weaken it...Speed really has nothing but a Speed of 5. Any navi can catch up to that, and Speed has a low HP and no other abilities. Intelligence has great immunities, Support becomes a deathtrap, Defense starts out hard to kill and has a barrier that, in the end of things, is equivilant to that of a Program Advance (if not higher). Power navis get a permanent boost to thier chips, and so does Leader (at least to Custom Chips).
In the end, Speed gets the lowest amount of bonuses...WHY PICK SPEED?!?

Really, I picked it because I like speed, and if you have enough Speed+ programs in your navi cust, then it's a lot harder to catch you. And if you work your folder correctly, it will be really hard to hit you with anything. And since your saying Speed is the worst class to be, why not kick it up a notch so there is an actual reason for picking speed.

I just realized (again) that Speed had nothing going for it, so I am going to add back the previous effect...in like, 20 minutes.

Though even that effect isn't much if you don't have the chips.

Meh, stupid people.
"Build a system only any fool can use, and only a fool will use it. Build a fool-proof system, and fools will still try."
It could also be that the maker of the site picked Speed, so people assume that if the person who made them picked one, it's the best...hmm...

Uhh...I'm having second thoughts about having picked speed...
Now I wish that I had taken Support... But it's fine the way it is... However, I'm willing to change my Navi to a Support Type Navi if the amount of Speed Navis should be reduced...
Thank you!
