Name: VirusBug.exe
Description: Although he is able to take the shape of a Normal Navi to disguise himself (and also able to give his HackBuster the appearance of a normal buster), this true form in terms of size and shape isn't that different. Transformation is accompanied by wild static in the local network.
Dispite having a similar build to a Normal Navi, the similarities end there. Due to his origins, he has many similarities to the appearance of a Super MultiBug Organism. The main colour on his body is black, and seemingly made up of segments like angular plates, with various and constantly shifting errored pixels in his skin image across the black.
His helmet resembles the head of Gospel, with the snout forced into the shape of a mask and the angular mane reduced to five strands, shortened slightly and pushed back, glowing gold. His eyes have the same crimson glow, abiet with blue irises, appearing purple in the red, and unless the rest of his face which isn't covered by the snout-mask is illuminated to show a human face, it is always in shadow.
His shoulders and the top of his legs have Gospel's cooler fan-like joins, leading onto seemingly normal arms and hands and legs, with a larger plate-piece in a block on the the underside of his elbows and on his knees, and wristbands and upper parts of his boots like the blocks on Gospel's wrists.
Finally, the Navi insignia on his chest is the insignia of Gospel, coloured purple on a red turned on it's side to resemble a jagged 'u' or 'v'.
Bio: VirusBug was orignally a stock Normal Navi that was used as any other, developing strong loyalty to Yamiro. He generally conducted research on Navi and Virus programming as well as methods of creating bugs with his Operator.
After the Normal Navi sustained heavy damage while researching in the Undernet from a cloaked Navi with a headdress who refused to identify himself 'to a weakling', he was integrated with the researched viruses, bugs and another stock Navi frame to create a new body for him. The process to a couple months of Yamiro programming almost non-stop at his pc and PET during the summer months, but the result was what he and his Navi had originally anticipated - a Navi with the extended power of a virus.
NetOp: Yamiro "Cubia" Gosperu
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Bio: Addressed as 'Cubia-sama' by his Net Navi online and only known as Cubia on the net where he is known, his online life and offline have almost no ties between them, and VirusBug's ability to disguise himself make any links between 'Yamiro' the 5'7'', lightly built, longish black haired teen dressed mainly in black, and the slowly rising hackers 'Cubia' and 'VirusBug' almost completely non-existant.
He wears black 'air' trainers with silver markings, black trousers, white t-shirt and a black shirt on top of that. He also has a black waterproof jacket with white trim and a hood in the collar, and a pair of black gloves with three white 'slashes' on the back, which he doesn't always wear. He keeps a laptop with wireless connectivity (possibly for remote hacking) in his backpack at all times, as well as other random stuff which he might need.
Though lightly built, in his upper body (though not weak), most of his strength is in his legs, being able to outrun almost any of his classmates, and probably most adults, and being efficient in kicking, as theives who've tried to mug him in the past have found out. Usually either aiming lower, or just really high, such as in the side of the head and against an alley wall.
HP: 100
Rank: Intelligence [+30HP, +3MB per Level // Immunity :: Poison, Burn, Blind, Confusion]

Speed: 3
EXP: 0
Level: 1
MB: 10
Buster
HackBuster - 1 Damage - Null
A buster fitting the black, plated appearance of the rest of his body, with silver, claw-like plates as decoration on the top. It shoots small black bolts doused in purple embers as it's normal rounds, and the charge shot is a thin, purple flaming black beam doing x10 normal damage that lasts for about 2.5 seconds.
In rp situations, the charge shot may also be used and maintained to hack into systems and programs to reprogram, steal coding, or any such Data manipulation tasks more easily than most Navi's abilities.
Custom Chip
Erosion Pollution - Standard - Melee - 30 - V
Null; By touching a point (pretty much anything), all panels in a square of side 10 metres to the nearest whole panel are infected with a bug which spreads outwards at Speed 7, only doing immediate damage to targets (anything thing with HP) if they're caught in this initial pollution. Anything with HP (except obsticles) on or in the airspace (up to 10 metres vertically) of these panels is infected with HP Bug[20] which may reduce HP to zero. These 'Bug Panels' remain until VirusBug leaves the net (Log/Plug-Out/Deletion/entering a secure area) or dispels them.
VirusBug.exe may not be infected by the effects this Chip, if multiple copies are used Eroded areas may not overlap and HP Bug effects from this Chip will not stack with the HP Bugs of itself (such as in the case of exit and re-entry of the infected area) or with the HP Bugs of other copies of Erosion Pollution.
In rp-only situations this allows VirusBug.exe to damage an area of Cyberworld panels (in the same manner as above) or specific program (i.e. Mr.Progs, control systems, etc.), causing severe malfunction or collapse, in the same way a Virus would.
NaviChip
VirusBugV1 - Melee - 50 - V/*
Null; VirusBug appears, accompanied by static noise, and warps with a similar effect into the air a metre above and behind his target, roundhouse-drop kicking them in the back of the head (to the left with his right leg) and infecting them and panels around them in a square area of 5 metre side to the nearest whole panel with HP Bug[10]. HP Bug from this NaviChip cannot be stacked with other VirusBugV(any) NaviChips and the HP Bug may not reduce HP below 1. TIMEFREEZING

Note: If this is approved I'll move Descriptions and Bios to a separate thread, and yes, I like random out-of battle, rp-only effects. They're fun, and pretty appropriate (though nothing some enemies in the EXE games haven't done at some point or another.) HackBuster hacking just being a faster simpler way of hacking into programs, whereas Erosion Pollution might be used in cases such as trying to cut off an area of net temporarily (until VirusBug Logs-out or Plugs-out), by causing immediate 'Bugs' in the intruder, such as speech impediments, and errors in movement programs (seemingly minor stuff that would make it very difficult to continue if trying to pursue a full-power VirusBug.
And messing with Mr.Progs is probably just fun.
As for having a Navi with inflicting Bugs as his theme, it just hasn't been done yet, and it seems like a fun concept (which I wouldn't be abusing if this is approved, like running around the net, shuttting the whole place down, I do have a brain... I think.)
