As Sess said he does not care about Scythe, I am resetting his EXP and changing him to Ballista.
Ballista.exe HP: 100 Class: Power Element: Fire Speed: 2 Description/Biography: After I make it. Level: 1 EXP: 0 Megabytes: 10
Attacks
Ballistic Gun - 2 Damage - Buster - Fire Element Ballista fires a small bullet from his arm. He can charge for one turn to fire ten bullets out at the same time.
Ballista Missile - Projectile - 60 Damage - Speed 6 - Code B Fire Element; Ballista's arm cannon shifts around and opens up. Suddenly, a heat seeking missile fires out of it, that can turn twice to hit his target, and then detonates if it still hasn't hit. When it explodes, it makes a large explosion. Navi Chip
Ballista - Projectile - 5 Damage - Timefreezing - Codes B, * Fire Element; Ballista appears and fires off six shots from his arm cannon. They are weak, but are made to be added on to.

1. You are aware that Ballista gets none of Scythe's old EXP, it just goes away 2. By saying Heatseeking and "then homes in on a target," you are making it unavoidable. Change it.

Please either change the fact that Ballista Missile turns twice to turns once or reduce it's damage to 50. Once you do that, it's approved.

I am using all three of my new Blank chips to make one of this attack,
Firecracker - Projectile - 30 Damage - Speed 8 - Code B Fire Element; Ballista aims his shoulder cannons out at the enemy as twin fireworks appear within. He can fire these out at the opponent, and when they hit, they explode out into a huge display of lights and noise. Blinds.
And two of this attack....
Primary Bombardment - Projectile - 10 Damage - Speed 7 - Code B Fire Element; Ballista's weakest bombardment, he aims both arm cannons out, and fires three bullets from each one. These bullets are very small, and move quickly, making them hard to see and therefore hard to dodge. They also pierce to the area directly behind the hit enemy.
