Yet, it can still do decent damage, and its range is longer then a normal sword, due to its size of being a nodachi. When hit, the enemy flinches.
NaviChip XeronV1 – Type Buster? – Damage 80 – Code X + * Code Element Null Xeron materializes right in front of the navi who summoned him, glaring at the enemy. He raises his fist, and slams it into the ground, causing a 2x3 explosion. The ground becomes cracked if it were hit. TIMEFREEZING.

For the Custom Chip, is it stun or flinch? There is a distinct difference. When I post the "Effects Guide" the difference will be clear. For right now, here it is;
Stun removes two actions from the stunned navi's next turn. Flinch makes your next attack harder to dodge (as if you got a +1 - +2 speed boost)
